Appointments

Our clients are usually referred to us by Consultants/GPs (family physicians) who will request the appropriate treatment.

We are happy to accept self referrals but will require the full name, address and telephone number of a GP/Consultant. We require a referral letter from a GP/Consultant for Chorion Villus Sampling or Amniocentesis.

Please email the completed doctor’s referral form to ultrasound@ultrasounddiagnosticservices.london.

If you are a patient, please take a copy of the referral form for your doctor to complete, if requested to by the clinic staff.
